Lawrence serves as the guiding force behind the fund’s overarching vision, strategy, and operations. With a keen eye for credit decision-making and expertise in implementing compliance practices and investor technology tools, he drives the fund to continuously reach new heights of excellence.
Building on an extensive career in the small business finance and credit card processing industry, Lawrence co-launched Epiphanly in February 2020. Since its inception, the fund has grown substantially, opening up new avenues for investors to explore the world of alternative financing.
Lawrence is also the proud founder and Chief Operating Officer of Nexi (formerly known as Fundamental Capital). Established in 2007, Nexi has earned its reputation as a leading financing firm for small and medium-sized businesses, boasting a vast network of over 1,200 ISOs across the United States. This expansive network provides Nexi with a constant stream of lucrative opportunities.
A native of New York, Lawrence pursued his education at Pace University in Manhattan, focusing on business economics and finance.
Leon Rozenfeld is an accomplished trader and portfolio manager with a combined 20 years of experience. Rozenfeld was formerly an Equity, Commodity, Currency, Derivatives, and Fixed income trader with various established firms like Weiskopf, Silver Equities and Abundance Partners. He founded Gorilla Capital Fund, he was the portfolio manager of his fund from 2007 to 2014. Rozenfeld earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Pharmacy with a minor in Economics from the LIU Arnold & Marie Schwartz College of Pharmacy and Sciences.
Vladimir Efros is an accomplished investor and entrepreneur with a track record of success in both public and private markets since 1999. From 2003-2014, he was the founder & portfolio manager of Abundance Partners, LP, a long/short hedge fund that delivered 27.6% average annualized return to investors and was featured in industry publications. To address the need for financing from companies in early-stage development, Mr. Efros and the Abundance Team launched a dedicated venture fund, Abundance Private Opportunity Fund, LP in 2013. The fund enjoyed multiple successful exits and is currently in the Harvest period of its life cycle, with several of the portfolio companies having grown to nine and ten figure valuations.
Mr. Efros has directed numerous successful investments, including early stage financing of companies such as Drizly, Socure, Siemplify, Kickstarter, Cleveland Heart Labs, PV Evolution Labs, and Corestream. Mr. Efros has also served on the boards and as an advisor to various early and mid-stage companies across multiple industries.
Mr. Efros graduated summa cum laude from Binghamton University with a BS in Management and Concentrations in Finance and Management Information Systems.
Stephane Azra joined the firm in 2023 as Director of Investor Relations. From 2021 to 2022, he headed investor relations at Terrapin Partners, a Miami-based single family office and asset management company. Previously, Azra worked at Glazer Capital in New York, where, for 13 years he served as director of business development. Stephane grew up in Los Angeles, California, and earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from University Of California, San Diego.
Responsible for overseeing and managing the firm’s financial analysis and accounting department. Prior to joining Epiphanly Capital Management LP, Jason was an accountant and asset manager with the private equity real estate firm Heitman LLC. While at Heitman Mr. Garcia performed the accounting for Heitman’s real estate funds and managed an extensive portfolio of real estate debt investments.
